Payment

All items must be paid for within 2 days of purchase.

We only accept PayPal, Postal Orders or Personal Cheques, should you intend to pay for your goods via a personal cheque please contact us and we will send you the relevant details.

Goods will only be posted once cheque payments have been cleared, which can take up to 7 working days.

Shipping

For multiple items, postage costs can be combined. Please contact D-Zynr before payment, so a new total can be sent to you.

D-Zynr endeavours to post items out to you within 48 hours of payment made. However, if there is an instance where this is not possible we will contact to let you know when you expect delivery, as we may have to collect a specific item from our suppliers or from one of our other branches.

During more busy periods, like Christmas, please allow an extra day for delivery.

Return Policy

We have no quibble return policy on all items, providing they are sent back to us in the original condition as sent to you and in the original packaging. If you are intending to return an item please contact us to let us know so we know when to expect delivery of the item and a refund can be processed.

Please note, where items are being exchanged, any p&p costs are covered by the buyer. Should there have been an error in the listing or the dispatch of the item by ourselves we will fully refund you the total cost and also pay for the return postage of the item.
