The Method is very simple. Just go to the registration page, fill out all the information in the form, choose SELLER account plan and submit it. You'll receive a confirmation link by email that you'll need to click on then you will have access to tradedirectory.com.
  • When you register with Tradedirectory.com You'll be sent a confirmation email with account validation link.
  • You will need to click the link located on this email to ensure the validation of your email.
  • In case if you haven't received the validation email then can check your Spam folder or "Junk Email" because on rare occasions our emails are routed there.
  • In that case if you are unable to receive email then you should add donotreply@tradedirectory.com to your contacts/address book and then re-request the validation email by entering your email address or username into the Lost Password form here.
  • Another reasons would be that you might have not typed your email correctly. So, make sure that you are registering by typing email address carefully.
A validation email is sent to you so that we know that you can receive email at the address you provide to us. It's our way of authenticating your registration. By doing this, we avoid problems of incorrect email addresses preventing a deal from happening, and of people registering other people without their knowledge and listing products for selling on their behalf.
When you first register you choose your own password. It can be changed on the "My Account" > "Change Password" page.
  • You can reset your password from your account anytime.
  • Firstly check you are entering it correctly, make sure you are not entering small "L" for a capital "i".
  • Secondly you can reset your password by entering username or email address and clicking on "forgot password".
  • You will get reset password link in your email which you can click and reset your password.
When you register as a seller your account will be as a Standard Member. You can upload your products on your account but you will not be able to start selling here until you upgrade membership plan by verifying your payment details. Standard member products are not supported with basket (eCommerce) option on their account. You can list 50 products for free as a standard member.
Upgrading your account at Tradedirectory.com is also simple. You can upgrade immediately when you register by choosing SELLER account on the registration form. To upgrade any time after registering visit the "My Subscriptions" section of "tradedirectory.com". The details for each account plan can be seen below. This page will also show you what current plan you are on.
Premium Membership Fee: to become a premium membership is £30
If you have premium membership and wish to cancel your subscription, go to your seller account and click on "Cancel/Stop My Subscription" option in the drop down menu. Please note your existing subscription will continue until its expiry date but will not be renewed on expiry.
Feedbacks depicts your reputation as a member. Every member username has a right to a feedback score. This will help to give you a better understanding into the reliability and trustworthiness of the member.
For every transaction, both the buyers and sellers can leave Feedback for each other, which may comprise of a rating and a short comment.
Yes, you can respond to Feedback you've received or you can leave a follow-up comment to Feedback you left for someone else.
As a premium member on TradeDirectory.com you have the following benefits:

Yes it's totally free to join Tradedirectory.com Platform. However, to get extra benefits from the exclusive offers and membership plans you will be required to pay a small fee for becoming a premium member on this site.
In order to get maximum benefit, upgrade your membership to premium membership.
And also avail our other advertising options (banner ads, permanent listing of products).
If you are having problems with your account being on hold, then you have the option to email our support team, and write about your problem. Our representatives at TradeDirectory.com will contact you and address to your problem.
In an event that you decide to close your account then you can direct an email to TradeDirectory.com support. For security reasons please make sure that you send your email from the registered email address. Also do mention about your TradeDirectory.com identification number in the email and if possible the reason for closing the account.
Upgrading your membership to Premium level gives you maximum benefits as a seller with TadeDirectory.com. Follow the steps below:
  • First login to your account
  • Now click on upgrade Membership. Here you will see the choose time period tab, from the drop down select the time period.
  • The details for each account plan along with the fee can be seen here. From here you can select your desired membership period. (monthly or annually)
  • Now go to the pay via PayPal tab and proceed with the payment.
  • Upon receiving the payment the system will automatically upgrade the membership to Premium membership.

Uploading a picture on your TradeDirectory.com account is very simple. You can do it when posting your item, in the Photos section. Follow the steps below:
  • Click on the "Choose Photo" button.
  • When taken to the Gallery section select either the Advanced or Simple Image Upload Form links.
  • If using the Simple Image Upload Form you can input the location of your image.
  • If the image is on your PC then select (i)
    • (i) Locate photo or zip on your computer and hit the "Browse" button to locate the photo on your computer. If the image is stored elsewhere on the Internet select – (ii)
    • (ii) Enter URL of photo and enter the location of your image on the internet. The Advanced Image Upload Form enables you to select and upload multiple images quickly and easily from your PC.
Yes, you can change the description of listing or category. When you make changes in description, it is then routed to the TradeDirectory.com Admin for approval. Once it is approved by the Admin, the changed text will appear on your TradeDirectory.com listing page.
Yes, as a standard member you can list the items for free. But it is recommended that you opt for our paid listing options to avail maximum benefits that TradeDirectory.com offers.
Premium membership gives you the opportunity to maximize your sales on TradeDirectory.com. It does so by:
  • Allowing you to list products on home page. In this way you your product will get maximum viewership and hence more buyers.
  • Appearing at top of the category and search page is another added benefit that you get from premium membership and it is also a very effective way of getting attention from the potential buyer.
Yes, you can do so by following the steps below:
  • Go to your Seller Account
  • Click on the option Import from my ebay products
  • Enter the ebay user name and password, then click on save
  • Now select the dates ranges from which you want to import products from ebay.
  • Next click on import.
  • The process will take 1-2 days for approval
  • You will be notified through email once the listings have been approved and imported from ebay to your TradeDirectory.com listing
  • From here you can view and edit your listings by going to Manage my Listings tab.
Yes, you can open your eStore straight away without any monthly fee.
Once you open your eStore, your listings will go automatically to your estore.
SKU stands for Stock Keeping Unit. It is basically a place where you can place a code or unique identifier for the item you are selling to help you recognize it in future. It benefits larger sellers more as it helps them to pinpoint the exact item sold after a deal comes to an end, if they have similar sales with similar titles.
To save you time selling your books, dvds, cds and video games you can enter:
  • The International Standard Book Number (ISBN)
  • Universal Product Code (UPC)
  • European Article Number (EAN)

This will allow you to populate your sale with the data we already have on file for your product, like a photo, synopsis etc. We appreciate users entering the details of the product they are selling if they cannot locate the product already in our database.
When you go to your account, click on product listing, here you will see a tab for discounted price, click on it and make changes in price.
